My goal is to acquire and personally operate one enduringly profitable business for the long term.

After more than 20 years leading and growing small businesses, I have raised a fund with the sole purpose of acquiring and operating a single $5 to $50M business. I have spent more than 20 years growing small to mid-size services, SaaS, and tech-enabled organizations in a variety of industries including Consulting, Legal Technology, Computer Forensics, Financial Technology, and Information Governance. Throughout my career I have consistently achieved exceptional results improving and growing organizations both organically and with venture funding. Whether I founded, took over, joined or turned around an organization, my appetite to learn and grown and passion for helping people realize their untapped potential have been the drivers of my organizations successes. My experience carefully executing change in organizations where cultural norms are well established, and historical processes are held in high esteem will prove to be essential to the successful operation and growth of your business long-term.
